The used car I bought has some issues already. The dealership hadn't even assessed the vehicle before they put me in it as it had been traded in a day before. The seats were stained and a horrible smoke smell took over from the previous owner. I am not a smoker so you can only imagine. I was informed they would do their best to get the smell out, but as we all know it doesn't happen overnight. I am left to figure out how to open the air cabin and spray my own cleaner to try and get rid of the awful smell. They kept the car 2 days and gave me a loaner while I waited. Then as they rushed me into my car just before closing although my gas tank was full, thankfully the sales person failed to tell me the seats didn't even have time to dry and on the 4 mile drive home my pants were pretty wet. I felt like they should have kept it another day and at least let the seats dry I would have been a little better about it. Another issue is the seatbelt light on the passenger side alarm goes off when there is nothing in the seat for at least a mile or so and then remains flashing after. Not sure what that is but I will inform the dealer this morning about it. Overall the experience was an okay one as dealing with sales people is always for me not the best experience. Overall I'm still uneasy about the whole situation but not AutoNations fault in any way just the way I was handled by the last car dealership which put me in the predicament I am in to have to take what they could get me into. The car looks decent enough and I'm sure I'll learn to love driving a car verses an SUV again.

I purchased a 2015 Buick LaCrosse on 4/15/2022. Paid $3000 down. On 5/25/2022 while driving down the street the back end of my car went down and started scraping. I found out it was the shocks. No problem. Expected from a used car. $400. On May 31, while driving on the freeway the car completely shut down. I was told to get the car to Autonation Fort Worth where were purchased the vehicle. They had my car from June 1-10 when I informed me that the did not have the proper tools to diagnose the car. The manager, Jerry, told us not to worry he was going to get it taken care of. On June 10, my car was towed to the Autonation North Richland Hills. On June 20, I was in form that it was the hybrid generator stater needs to be replaced. I called Jerry and was informed again he would take car of it. On June 21, I was informed the repair was not covered by warranty and I would have to cover another $2500. Jerry has not responded to my phone calls since Monday. Autonation has had my car almost as long as I have since I purchased it in April.

Jeff Sanderson was my service advisor for my Mach E electric car. I reported to him that my charging system keeps defaulting every hour and I have to unplug and plug it back again. First He thought it could be the bad charging cable. I took the car in for overnight charging with my cable. He put it on charge and it charged fine at the dealership. He asked one of his technical specialist in Mach E. Both called the Ford engineer and explained the problem them. With consultation with engineer and a specialist they concluded it was software issue. With the help of Ford engineer, the software was updated in my car and problem solved. My car was in the shop for 36 hours and it was fixed. Job well done by Auto Nation, Jeff and the specialist.

I went in for a works oil change which was supposed to include synthetic oil, tire rotation and having all my fluids topped off. I got the information for this service off the Auto Nation website. They didn’t honor it and charged me individually for topping off the washer fluid and the tire rotation. I had them go ahead and change the air filter on the truck since it was dirty. This is offered for $64.99 regularly and for $44.99 now at David McDavid Ford a few miles away, I ended up spending over $150 because they would not honor what was on their website. I saved a screenshot of the Auto Nation service I was supposed to get and a copy of the service and price from McDavid. They did give me a $20 discount, big deal. They explained it away saying this is only for dealerships or service centers with an “Express Lane.” Last time I will visit this dealership for anything.

Had a great experience with MJ on purchasing two 2022 Ford Connect vans. I literally called every dealership In Texas and several in other states and could not locate any. It was so frustrating. MJ let me know he didn’t have any but would be on the look out (which I had heard from every other sales rep). He called me back a few weeks later telling me he had found one. I had actually put deposits down with other dealerships and they would call me back and tell me that they sold to someone else. I put a deposit down with MJ and he guaranteed me that would not happen again. He called me Friday to say the van had arrived and even better news they had the two I needed. We went in and met him and he was very personable and professional. It is so hard these days to find people that actually honor their word and work hard for their customers. I would absolutely use MJ and Auto Nation again. Amazing customer service!!!

I have a 3.5 eco boost with the all to common engine/camp phaser rattle. I was going through five start ford in Lewisville for months and they just kept blaming the supply chain for not being able to fix my vehicle. I spoke with Darla at auto nation i Fort Worth and she helped me immediately. Took my truck in and ‘fixed’ it. She then followed up to ask if they repaired it properly and if I’m having any issues. Unfortunately I’m still having issues but she assured me that they will get it fixed for me. Darla has been a huuuuuge help! Also shout out to Gary, he is a driver for the auto nation group. It was an absolute pleasure when Gary offered me a ride to work while they were repairing my truck. I don’t care where you live, the drive or the flight to work with this team is worth it! We drove 1000 miles from SD to TX based on a deal made entirely over the phone. Not only did they honor every word spoken, Gary sweetened the deal AFTER we got there. I have never dealt with a team like this and will only deal with them in the future. Purchased a 2019 Honda CR-V with 28k miles, and the extended warranty. Sales team were friendly so no issues there. 1 week later, my spouse was driving the vehicle (so far less than 200 miles since we bought it) and the front heat shield came undone and was dragging under the car. She pulled over to inspect and saw the heat shield had come loose, and tried to push it up temporarily to get home. Had to repeat this process several times before she was able to get home. Following morning I contacted the salesman who didn't know what to do but said I should go to the closest Autonation, so I chose the Arlington location (good people here). They inspected it and said the bolts came loose and the shield came down and they can order a new one. (Mind you, the car is under factory and extended warranty). They contacted the Ft Worth Autonation location to do the warranty part and were basically told that Ft Worth Autonation will not cover it, and the customer will have to pay, and it isn't their problem. The service mgr at the Arlington location came to speak with me and expressed his frustration with the lack of integrity of the Ft Worth location. He agreed that a customer that purchased a car 1 week ago should NOT be given the run around by the dealer for what is an easy problem to fix. He also stated that "A 6 month pregnant woman should NEVER have to get out of the car on a highway in 100 degree Texas heat to deal with a problem on a car that was purchased 1 week ago." And then apologized for the Ft Worth Autonation's behavior. Meanwhile, Kelly the used car manager from the Ft Worth location called me back and basically told me to take it Vandergriff Honda and Autonation will not help. He then told me about he got a flat tire in his C8 Corvette and had to rent a hotel room once and road hazards happen. I asked him if he is a 6 month pregnant woman who just bought a car from his dealership with an extended warranty. He didn't have much to say. The world isn't perfect, and things come loose on cars. The right answer here is have some integrity and cover it under warranty. It was their guys who loosened the heat shield to do the oil change and didn't tighten it back up in the first place. But they couldn't find the spine to do that. Don't trust them... don't pay them.. don't do business with anyone who is perfectly content with selling a preggo woman a car, letting here deal with their service area's mistakes in the 100 degree heat on a busy highway, and then not having the half decency to take any accountability. Go elsewhere.

I took my brand new 2022 Ford Explorer to this location for a recall, tire patch and an oil change. They got my vehicle in quickly and It was done in a timely manner. When I went to check out and pay my bill, no one explained to me why I owed this certain amount. I asked the guy at the register and he couldn’t tell me. He didn’t even offer to find anyone to help me breakdown my bill with me. Thankfully, I knew what a few things meant on the bill. Also, after they patched my tire, they didn’t air the tire back up OR put the tire stem cap back on. I had to make an extra trip to an Auto Shop to buy stem caps and air my tire up. I definitely won’t be back to this location.

I went in for a trailer brake controller and came out of the dealer with 3 issues. 1. After installation the dashboard screen displayed the “Tow” screen. I asked to have it changed back to the main display I had before. The service manager even without attempting to change it back, stated he couldn’t get it back and said he even talked to Ford and said Ford told him it will no longer display anything else because its always looking for a trailer. I said I didn’t think so but left. I went through the manual and it stepped me how to change the display and I got it changed back. To me it appeared the service department and manager didn’t want to be bothered and gave me an excuse, so they didn’t have to do another 2 minutes of work to correct it. 2. I then notice they didn’t reattach the console trim. I had to go back to the dealer to have them re install the trim. 3. I then noticed the brake controller didn’t test properly. It didn’t display the “no trailer found” notice when a trailer wasn’t hooked up didn’t show or gain settings on the trailer set up display. I went back to have them check and it turns out that despite what the installation instructions said, dealer never went into the software to enable the controller. So to sum up. For a $350 job they didn’t reinstall the trim, didn’t enable the software, basically lied to me that the displayed couldn’t be changed and didn’t offer me anything for their mistake or poor performance. I went to speak to the dealers general manager, told him the issue, he said he was sorry for my experience and reimbursed me my $350.00. It’s too bd because I was thinking about trading my 2015 F150 for a newer 1 but got the brake controller to get me through for a while longer. Screwing up a simple $350 parts install probably will make them miss out on a $60000 future truck sale. I can go anywhere t buy a truck hoping they don’t screw me. Here I would anticipate they WILL

Our Ford Focus was in the shop for replacement of a known transmission defect for just under 9 months. When we took the car in, we were told there were no loaner cars and the $ amount allowed for a rental car wouldn’t pay for a car. I saw that the $ we spent on Uber rides and asking for rides was going to cost much more than a monthly car payment. I ended up buying another car to allow my son and I to get to work/school. Allen, the service rep I was assigned, was surly and did not provide the monthly updates on parts/time frame as I asked. Having owned many Fords over my lifetime, this experience changed my mind about owning a Ford. Never again.

Service was ok, brought my truck in on Monday for a transmission fault light, Wednesday evening was when they were finally able to look at it. Thursday evening my truck was ready for pickup. When asked about my extended warranty I told the service representative that I have CarShield and her response is I don’t like CarShield because they give you the run around and we don’t accept them. I found that to be a little odd, but overall everything was taken care of.

My service advisor was great. Very knowledgeable. However, the service technician who worked on my Ford Raptor did a terrible job. He didn’t take the time to click back in multiple trim pieces so they were barely hanging on, I had hoses hanging down, etc. Purely lazy and completely unacceptable.

I had a very good Service Experience at AutoNation Ford. My car was clean when I picked it up which is a bonus! My only issue was with Communication with my Service Advisor--I was told when I dropped off my car she would call later in the day with an update. I had to call her and was told she had no info and would call me the next day. The next day I waited til after lunchtime to call back to hear she was out that day. Another Advisor got me some basic info on my car and would pass message onto my Advisor to call me. Again I waited until lunchtime the next day with no call so I called her. Got the information of what needed to be done and when to expect it to be done. I had to ASK for the estimated charges. The car was ready when promised. I will be sure to use a different Service Advisor in the future.

Would rate a 0 stars if I could. We found a car online and scheduled to see it, went back and forth via text with salesman about car being sold. So we thought it was gone but then they call us back and say it’s available, it was actually loaned out but would be there cleaned and detailed for us to come see it. We set up time and were told it would be there by James the manager. We drive from Dallas to Fort Worth to then be told it was sold in the morning but they had other options for us to look at. We told salesman no and that we wanted to speak to James the manager because we were lied to and misled and drove from Dallas to see this specific car. A floor manager comes and apologizes and says it was a mix up with a different car but James was too busy to come talk to us so he could show us other options if we wanted. So we were lied to and the manager couldn’t even come speak to us after he arranged meeting time with us. I have text messages to prove how they misled us to believe the car was there for us to see and purchase just to go all the way out there so they could attempt to make a sale. Bad sales tactics. If they had been honest and said car was gone I may have considered other options but they were not.

My husband reserved to see a car online but then received a call later saying it was potentially sold. But if sale didn’t go through they would let him know so we could go see car. He emailed them to inform manager of situation because online it said they would hold car if you reserved to see it. Manager text him back and said the car was actually available but it had been loaned out. He told him to come on the same day we reserved but at a later time and car would be cleaned and detailed for us to see and hopefully purchase. We drive from Dallas to Fort Worth to see vehicle and when we get there the salesman says the car was sold that morning but they had other options available for us to look at. We ask to speak to manager because we drove all the way over there and a floor manager comes to speak to us because the manager James who told us to come to dealership was too busy to speak to us. Floor manager tries to say it was a mix up because they thought we were talking about a different car however we have text messages with pics from their website to the manager asking about a specific car. We were misled and lied to just so we would drive all the way there when the car we wanted was not there. Bad sales tactics and the fact that the manager James would not come out to speak to us was so unprofessional.

Bought a 22 f150 platinum. It wasn’t the smoothest vehicle purchase. I wanted to either use FMC’s zero percent interest or pay cash. I filled out the credit app just incase. Mgr said the zero percent interest was over so I told him I’d pay via wire don’t run my credit. These buttheads ran my credit anyways…. When I confronted the finance fella about it he said we needed to verify identity, I guess to hell with the government issued id’s. Picked up the truck only to find it dirty, how do you sell a 80k truck and hand it over dirty? I’m not talking the usual pollen floating around Dallas, I’m talking sand & dirt in he floorboard front and back. The day after I picked it up I took it to get a 150 detail. I texted the salesman Ivan asking about a light on the dash and he never responded. There’s so many ford dealerships in DFW, no need to endure these people. “General manager called and was very apologetic”

I arrived early Saturday morning for service on our Ford Expedition at AutoNation Ford Fort Worth. My Service Advisor, Darla Marshall, when told I was waiting, regretfully told me they were already behind and it might be awhile. I had barely settled into my comfortable chair in the customer lounge, when Darla approached. I felt uncertainty, fearful that that something worse had been found, and/or the wait would be much longer than projected. To my pleasant surprise, Darla informed me that all was complete and I was ready to go. I needed an oil change and tire rotation on my 2021 Ranger. The work was done in a timely manner. The shuttle driver man was very friendly and excellent. The complaint I have is mainly the price. They charged $140.00! In the past they also washed my truck, so that was a consideration. This time they did not wash my truck. The price is too high.

After having a few bad experiences with different dealers (not ford) I was getting fed up of how the salesman either tries to push me into a purchase or its some teenager who has no automotive skills and doesn't care about his job or customer service. I really like the new style of Escape and so I thought I'd give it a shot. I went into the dealer and the first person that greeted me was Giselle. She was super friendly, down to earth and not pushy at all! She treated me with respect and was concerned about getting me to the vehicle at the price I could afford. Her and Gab (a sales manager) went far beyond the call of duty to do whatever it took to get to the right price that I could afford. I would defiantly come back and recommend all my friends to Giselle

Darla (the assistant service manager) is extremely rude, short and combative. She has zero customer service skills. She did not work with me to get my warranty issues resolved. To add insult to injury upon checkout she hit me with a hidden diagnostic fee that wasn’t discussed prior when I dropped my vehicle off nor on the phone when I specifically asked her the total. Darla should be working in a basement doing maintenance far, far away from customer service. I’m 44 years old and have had Fords my entire life. After this experience I’ll probably never buy a Ford again. Update…. I changed this from 1 star to 4 stars. Mike Parker (the service manager) worked out the issue with the diagnostic fee and gave me a refund. He has excellent customer service skills and is an excellent representative of Fort Worth Auto Nation Ford. However I stand by what I said about Darla. Customer service is not her gig. She would probably make a good butcher, because that’s what she does when she attempts to make conversation with customers. She butchers it, just like she butchers the reputation of Ford and Auto Nation.

This was the worst buying experience ever! We were told the truck was ready to be picked up and we made arrangements to drive 5.5 hrs to get to Ft. Worth. We got there and the truck was not ready. We were told it would be best to get a hotel and spend the night. Luckily my husband and son didn’t do that because the truck was not actually delivered to us 6 days later. Yes, we made them deliver to us since a wasted trip was made earlier. The unprofessionalism of the salesman was uncalled for. I bought a car (Acura RDX) from this dealership, and I had problems less than 24 hours later. The check transmission and check emissions lights came on. I took it back and requested they had Honda look at it since their service company is Ford. They told me is was a sensor and returned the car to me three days later. The following day the transmission fluid had leaked all over my garage. I returned the car a second time (six days after I purchased it) for a refund. I will say they were very cooperative refunding my money and giving me my car back. However, neither the transmission warning light nor the check emissions light warnings were reported on the Carfax after the car was returned to their lot inventory. The Carfax also did not indicate what the issue was with all of the leaking fluid. I would never buy a car from this dealership or recommend them to friends and/or family.

Drove in and was greeted by a young man named Bill, almost before my trucks engine had stopped. He was very polite and helpful. Was there for my “annual” oil change. Drive approximately 3K miles a year, so that’s why I only get the oil changed annually. Was done and out in less than an hour. AutoNation Ford—a great place to buy from and get your vehicle serviced.

He was great to work with...he did not put on any pressure to buy a vehicle. Which is nice when you are undecided on which vehicle you want. Update Jan 2022. Another recall service, and another easy appointment. They said the work would take about an hour. Even though I left my vehicle for the day, they called about an hour later that my vehicle was ready. I did have some concern as they had not read my appointment notes in advance to ensure parts on hand, but fortunately that was not an issue. //// Had recall service done on my truck. They quickly made an appointment for me and provided timely shuttle to and from work. Bob and Gary were great to work with, and even washed my truck!

Customer Care clerk Darla Marshall was great. She took care of me immediately. The waiting room and ladies restroom have much to be desire though. Very dark, depressing and dated with uncomfortable old furniture. The process took longer than expected because someone delayed alerting me that my car was finished. My Customer Care clerk realized that I was still waiting (almost 2 hours for an oil change!!!) and jumped into action. We bought our new 2021 truck in September 2021. Buying our vehicle was a great experience until we drove off the lot. Once we drove the car off the lot the customer service ended!!! We were promised weather tech mats but told to come back to get them since the service center was closed. We went back 2-3 weeks later to get the mats and they hadn’t been ordered. Then our temporary plates expired in November after numerous calls and text and pushing for someone to help we got a 30 day tag that expired December 23rd. I started contacting them the Monday before the temporary tag expired and got no response. Talked to someone Wednesday night that promised it would be resolved Thursday and here it is Tuesday December 28th and I still didn’t get my temp tags

Ask for Allen, he is great! Eventually my problem was solved and I give Allen 5+ stars for sticking with it until all issues were resolved. They even found a couple of issues I didn't know about and they were all fixed under warranty. I had taken my truck to this dealership in the past and the results were not so good. Not only could they not find the problem, which Ford eventually issued a recall for, they seemed bothered I was even there.

I arrived and met Ryan, he went and found Casey and he was with another customer. Ryan said Casey said to help us. Ryan arrived back later with a different vehicle to try a sell us.... different make and model, more expensive and higher mileage. Ryan said vehicle we wanted was sold. NO Call to stop trip. I had a great experience on December 17th 2021. Was my first time ever going to a dealership for my Ford escape with the recall for a fuel delivery module flange. They got me in and out pretty quick. I dropped it off at 8 and picked up on my lunch break around 11. They did the inspection of the vehicle all over and actually had zero recommendations for me and they didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need. I was thoroughly surprised because you know…. dealerships. Alan was my service associate and was very polite and professional. They even offered a complementary hand wash and vacuum for my car. And when I picked it up It was completely free!

I bought a brand new 2021 Ranger in June and it wasn’t long before it started having issues. At about 9k miles the driveshaft had developed a chirping noise above 15mph as it rotated. So as anyone who had just purchased a brand new vehicle would do, I took it in to have service look at it. The service advisor comes back and tells me that the technician and shop foreman say that nothing is wrong and the sound is completely normal. Why wasn’t it doing it that previous 8k miles? Service advisor was completely clueless and had no explanation as to why it would come and go and is now telling me it’s normal. Anyone who heard this sound knows it’s not normal. So then trying to get an appraisal from sales to sell it back, they tell me that they couldn’t give me an offer on it. So at this point Autonation Ford Fort Worth had completely lost me as a customer as sales and service refused to help me so I took my truck and sold it at another dealer. Anyone reading this who is thinking of doing business with them I would very highly NOT recommend to because chances are you won’t be treated well and be looked over.

I brought my car in for the same repair twice and also ask them to fix the sunroof or at least look at it. He told me it would cost $1500 just to look at it. Picked up a Volkswagen Atlas today. We were happy with our trade in value and interest rate so we purchased the car. Now the bad news, the dealership lost our drivers license. Their approach to the situation was unacceptable. It took over an hour for a “manager” to come out to see us. His carefree attitude towards the situation was unacceptable. His opening response was “everyone loses their license, I’ve lost mine, it’s really no big issue.” When I responded that I’ve had a license for 43 years and had never lost it he looked at me as if he didn’t like my response to his statement. I asked him to write down what the dealership was going to do in regard to the lost license, fees associated with the re-issuance of the license and the possibility of identity theft due to their carelessness he walked away never to return. A great transaction was totally ruined by a very incompetent “manager”. So now, we need to take a day off to get a license renewed. NEEDLESSLY! I’m sure any expenses will not be covered and if there is identity theft we’ll be left high and dry. Stay away from this dealership. It is not worth the aggravation!

I went in knowing what car I wanted and ready to make a deal. It was at another location and needed to be transferred in. After spending hours there, I agreed to everything except the $3,000 transportation fee they were trying to charge me. The manager, Kelly told me that it was a rare car that I wanted and good luck finding another one. Didn’t even try to work with me on the price. Very disappointed in how he handled everything. The receptionist was VERY knowledgeable and friendly and helpful and was understanding about my plates not being ready and she explained to my satisfaction. I met her and she was very nice and easy to understand. She thinks more of the customer then herself. Many times people act like they are bothered by you. The next lady, was the assistant service manager darla, she was the only person!!!! That came out of their cubicle when I drove up and got out of my truck. She was helpful and knew what needed to be done and time to take. She came and got me when the truck was done and took me to the cashier, who was very nice. The last man I want to say was GREAT all the way thru this was our salesman Chris. He was great to talk to and made sure we knew what we needed to know before we drove off the lot. He was nice and helpful with the paper work. Then this other day he put our tags on and sticker. He was right there ready when I walked up to the desk for help. Of course I didn’t have to pay because it’s a brand new car and the repairs were covered in the warranty. I had a Ford recall for my truck so I scheduled an appointment to put it in. I took off work specifically so I could put my truck in the shop. I drop off my truck, get home and then get a call from the shop that the parts needed for the repair weren?t in stock. But they would be in the next morning. So since it was going to get fixed first thing the next morning I decided to just leave it there with them. The next day at around 11 am I called just to make sure the parts arrived. I was told that they did arrive and my truck was being worked on. Fast forward to 4pm. No word about my truck so I call. After some back and forth I was told that the part never showed and wouldn?t be in until Monday. So I go and get my truck and was told that the service manager would get with me and sort this all out on Monday. I did get a call from him first thing Monday with lots of apologies and assurances that he will personally see that it gets handled. He says I can bring it in on Saturday. They have the parts and it will be done. Fast forward to Saturday morning. I bring my truck in again. Meet with the service manager. He calls his parts guy and then has the audacity to walk up to me and tell me that they still don?t have the parts in. It will be in on Monday. I am done with this place. This isn?t even the third time something like this has happened dealing with this place. Every time me or my wife have tried to have anything done to our vehicles here it?s been awful. This was the final straw. I?ll never step foot in this place again and I suggest no one else does either.

I purchased my car from this dealership 3 years ago and had a great experience. I got the service package, so I have been taking my car here for oil changes for the last 3 years. Normally, I'm in and out in an hour or less. This time, I was there for over 2 hours. No proactive communication was given to me on why it was taking so long, I had to check in with 2 people and when my car was finally brought up, it hadn't even been washed which is usually included. People can do alot by either setting correct expectations upfront, or proactively communicating - neither of which was done here. Do not take your car here for services.

I took my 2016 Ford F150 FX4 in on a Tuesday for a grinding noise problem at the front end of the truck. My Service Manager, Jeff Sanderson, was very attentive in writing up my description of the problem. He set my expectations about what the technicians would do, what the warranty possibly would cover, and that he would call me as soon as he knew what the problem was. Jeff called the next day and explained the problem, which required both front wheel housings (IWE) to be replaced and what repairs the warranty covered. In addition to the repairs, the windshield was replaced, a tuneup performed, and the radiator fluid was replaced. All repairs and services were completed by Thursday evening. I would like to compliment Jeff and the Fort Worth Autonation Service Department for making my service experience as informative and efficient as possible. Upper management needs to take a few courses in customer service. Every review refers to the same issue-management and attitude. I only keep going there because I purchased the service package when I purchased the vehicle. I will never do that again. When I brought in my trade-in vehicle, one of my disabled veteran license plates "magically" disappeared. They denied all responsibility. Every time I bring my vehicle in for the service I already paid for, it is confused and takes hours. Yesterday they blamed COVID, but it always takes too long. Hours too long. It doesn't matter whether I go in for an oil change or an alignment, I am there for hours. And the system of setting an appointment is a joke. I know that if I am late for an appointment with, say, my doctor, or the IRS, then I am late and lose my place. But for Auto Nation, the appointment time is the time when I arrive and begin waiting. There is typically one person assigned to deal with my case, but that person is never there when I arrive. I will drive in and someone will approach me: "can I help you?" I tell them I have an appointment. They ask for my name, look it up, and then say that someone else is assigned to help me. So I wait for five minutes. Then someone else approaches me: "can I help you?" I tell them I have an appointment, they look up my name, and then tell me that someone else is assigned to help me. So I wait. Yesterday three people approached me before I talked with my designated helper. Seriously, that's three people who weren't doing anything, but nothing could happen until my magical helper appeared. And then the waiting begins. For hours. For an oil change. Like I said, I am only going because I already paid for it. Once I have used up all of my free services, I am never going back, not for a new vehicle, not for service, not for anything. I may not even buy a Ford next time.

I'm not sure how you purchase a BMW vehicle then they offer the oil change package, but NEVER have your filter or oil???They leave you waiting for HRS instead of offering a loaner and time is valuable. I am very upset that EVERYTIME my husband has to get his oil changed he ends up having to go back or he waits half a day as if he works there. This is unexpectable. He makes his appointments 48 hours in advance and still has to wait, each time. This is not great customer service. Save your money on the oil package when purchasing the vehicle and go somewhere else.

Whatever you do DO NOT go to the AutoNation Ford dealership on Bryant Irving. My grandpa retired from Ford so we are loyal ford people and we have never in our lives had to deal with a more disrespectful service team and sales team. I went in for an oil change and what they call the "works" where they check is all systems are working properly. I had an appointment and still waiting over 3 hours and when I inquired they had still not gotten to my car. When I finally got the service completed they said every system was in the "green" which i thought was odd on my 4 year old Ford Edge but I went with it. My battery literally died the next day and the AAA tow truck man who assisted me showed me that there was and IMMENSE amount of corrosion on the battery and i quote "If anyone would have opened your hood they would have recommended to replace that immediately". Since then I have had multiple other issues that were supposedly in the "green" but somehow magically turned up to be needing to be fixed.

My fiancé and I researched the vehicle we wanted and bought a 2020 Ford Explorer. Straight off the show room floor it had a burnt out switch for the 3 rd row seats. Took 4 days to get that fixed and to get the rear seat entertainment, that came with the car, installed. Got to drive it for 3 weeks before all of the electrical systems went haywire 8 hours away from home. It then spent 3, nearly 4 weeks, at a Ford dealership's service department looking for electrical faults causing the vehicle to be unsafe for driving. The service technician felt that all of the issues originated with how the rear seat entertainment system was installed. Now that it has had issues and surges through the electrical system it will be prone to having more issues in the future. This obviously decreases our confidence in this being a reliable vehicle for me to drive hours away from home for work. We went to the dealer that sold us the car and asked them to take the defective vehicle they sold us back and put us in a new vehicle. Their response was that they could give us $20,000 less than what we paid for the car less than 2 months ago. I have only been able to drive this car for 3 weeks and was left stranded and stressed far from home. And this dealerships response was that I was SOL. I am stuck in a brand new ticking time bomb waiting for it to leave me stranded again.

For the last four years I have used Auto Nation Ford on Bryant Irvin to service the engine on our V 10 Ford motor coaches as well as all our cars. We made an appointment to get the oil changed in our Class A at this Ford dealership for this last Thursday. Upon arrival, which was three days after we made the appointment, we were informed that they no longer do RV oil changes. Really????? No one even called to cancel our appointment. If you have a new policy that is fine but why did you let me go to Cleburne and drive to your location in the first place? So, my four Ford products will now be serviced somewhere else...

Like most people I spent weeks researching the pickup truck I was interested in purchasing. Trying to figure out what would be a reasonable price for the truck and a fair value of my trade in. Watched countless YouTube videos on car salesman tactics and how to avoid them. How to tell the dealer I wasn’t going to pay for the high price low value addendum items that they inevitably add on to vehicle. I was surprised that AutoNation Ford of Fort Worth presented me with a price on the new Ford Ranger Lariat that was lower than I expected. Offered more for my trade than expected and didn’t have an addendum sticker with all the usual suspect items that most dealers seem to pack on a vehicle that few people actually want. All seemed good but one more hurdle, the Finance Office😬. I already had financing arranged through our credit union but watched any videos in preparation for the heavy handed sales pitches from him. Again pleasantly surprised. Although he did offer quite a selection of items all of which I declined except for the extended warranty, but there was no real pressure to purchase the other items. This was the most painless auto purchase every. Salesperson was Blake.

Excellent experience with getting my F250 Super Duty taken care of. As soon as I put my truck in park David Bearce was standing at my door ready to take care of whatever I needed. I was there to have a recall issue and a warranty issue addressed. I felt very welcome and heard and knew my Truck was in good hands. Received a call from David that there were some other items that needed to be fixed that the technician noticed when he was handling the issues I brought my vehicle in for. Items that carried a hefty price tag. David explained all the options and asked if I had purchased an extended warranty. Thanks to David’s thoroughness I was reminded about the warranty I had purchased. David saved me a ton of money. Even though I pass several Ford Dealerships to get to AutoNation, I will continue to do so to take my truck to them.

Team members have always been friendly and the oil change was done pretty quickly this time but I am sick of this service center. The nice guy that drives the shuttle helped get an advisor to help me as I was skipped and standing outside my truck waiting. The waiting room is terrible. A small 1980's tv up in the corner w 1 chair and 1 small couch facing it. The other small couch faces the opposite direction. My wife bought a vehicle from another dealer and the service and amenities are SO much better. I had taken my wife's car for service and it was automatically washed even though it was pretty clean. At AutoNation my truck was filthy and I mistakenly thought they would wash it but no. I went back in and asked but was told it would have to be put inline and would take awhile. They have never offered to wash my car unless I ask them to. I have purchased a Focus, Explorer, and F-150 from this location over the years and always had them serviced there because I work near by but I have come to realize there are much better places out there.

There's a lot of miscommunication at this place. When I called to make my appointment, the lady in the call center (that's the first problem- you talk to somebody in a call center vs. a service advisor) said i had 3 separate recalls and that it would take approximately 8-9 hours. Due to the length of time, however she could get me a loaner. All i needed was my ID, proof of insurance, and a $50 deposit that would be refunded when I brought the loaner back unscathed. So far so good. However, when I showed up with my car to get serviced, it was a totally different story. The service advisor told me they don't do loaners and there was nothing written in the system about it. He also told me I only had one safety recall that could be performed. The other two recalls weren't safety related, so they couldn't do squat about them. My frustration level was high and so I asked to speak to the Customer Service manager. I was told he wasn't there, but I did receive his business card. My day is completely impacted at this point. Anything I had planned to do, could no longer be accomplished because that loaner I was supposed to have, is really just a figment of the imagination. Why do the people in the AutoNation call center know about giving out loaners if there really are no loaners to give out??? Riddle me that. The ONLY thing that slightly helped was the fact that the dealership had an individual who provided rides to and from home, places of work, etc. He was very conversational, courteous, and able to drop me off at home and pick me back up later once my car was finished. But of course that was on his schedule, not mine, and none of the other things I wanted to accomplish that day got done because i had no loaner vehicle like I was promised. I bought my vehicle here and have had it serviced here a few times. None of my experiences had been all that great, but this was hands down the most disappointing one. If I ever buy a Ford again, which is unlikely, it won't be from this dealership. And there's zero chance I take my vehicle here to get serviced again. I'll drive out of my way to get it serviced somewhere else.

Even though it was in writing it would be replaced doesn’t seem to matter. There are many option to purchase in DFW area. I would recommend staying away from AutoNation family of dealerships. Texas Nissan or a Don Davis dealer will be my next choice. Great experience at both !

Bought a truck 2 years ago and got the windshield protection. I need that now as I have a crack. I called the service dept number which is actually a 3rd party answering service! Schedule an appt to have the windshield replaced. I get there and they have no idea what I'm talking about. I speak with the Director of the service dept and he gives me 'the process' to get it replaced...this is also bad information! I went in for a recall on my ?19 f-150. While I was there I showed a video that I took of my dash doing crazy things when I started the truck. He tested the battery and said it was bad. He took the truck and 40 minutes later the recall was taken care of and I had a new battery. I bought my truck from here and overall I have had great experiences. 4 stars for facilities because they are very basic. The ?kids room? has a couple small tables and a 12? tv with some really old movies. It wasn?t ideal to take a 4 year there but sometimes those things happen. No real complaints about AN Ford FW.

Had to have some work done on my car my Normal dealership said they where 2 weeks out, called them and they said bring it in the following Tuesday at 1:30, figured that’s not so bad since it was Friday. I was worried since I had to pay for a rental so tried to get it looked at and fixed as quickly as possible. They didn’t even look at my car for a week. But I still had to pay for a rental. Got my car back finally and it smelled badly like sweat and dirt.

We went to this dealership after months of research and looking for a starter car for our teenager. We even got our financing squared away before test driving. We went to Auto Nation to see a specific 2016 Ford Fusion with a $9900 price tag. When we got there we walked aimlessly around the lot before finally heading towards the office to find a sales person to talk to. Normally at a non-tote the note dealership, I really expected to be pretty much greeted as soon as anyone saw us park our vehicle. Nope. We had to hunt down a sales person. Once we told her the exact car we were there to see, I mentioned that the window tint was seriously messed up, bubbling badly and looked ready to start peeling at any moment. During the test drive I expected to be treated like the sales person was trying to make a sale and themselves some money. I had my teenager with me because he was buying, I just went along to make sure he didn't overlook problems with the car and explained after he test drove it that I wanted to drive it as well. This lady absolutely couldnt answer a single question about the car. As my son was driving I went through the packet she had brought along and found the Carfax on the last page after she said she didnt know where it was and could answer no questions about previous accidents or really anything at all about the car. Then she got super put out when we didn't go the direction she told my son to go. When he pulled over to let me drive it she got really short with us. So upon parking the car I asked about a spare and she wasn't sure. So I got into the trunk and was able to find the spare, but no jack, and she had no idea where it could be after I looked in all the usual places. I mean we couldn't even find the spare location in the book. So I asked if they had a jack for us. She didn't know. Would the fix the tint or come down off the price a little since it was genuinely messed up. Nope. No haggle price. Finally one of the other sales people offered to get a jack for the car. When we called the finance person, the price was way over the 125% value to loan ration. When I told them that they were insistent that being the price. No negotiation. Over all, nobody pays sticker price on a car. The whole experience sucked. First, they posted pictures that didn't show the tint and who considers buying a car with no jack? The sales woman Anita was just rude. So we drove over to 5 Star Ford and got a way nicer car with a much more professional sales lady. Value to loan ration was on the money. I wouldn't buy a stick of gum from Auto Nation.

Terrible customer service from Matthew who stated in our initial lengthy conversation the issue I was having with my vehicle sounded familiar and he’d get me in and out in a timely manner. Upon my arrival for my scheduled appointment Matthew did not greet me, was actually rude to me until I finally jogged his memory enough to realize I had called in a week prior. Matthew never told me there is a 3-4 day turn around, nor did he ever tell me my vehicle would sit untouched for 24 hours. Matthew also never told me there would be a $100+ diagnostic charge. After 48 hours of having my vehicle they could not replicate a problem that occurred again very quickly after I had the vehicle back in my possession. I called again to try and give this dealership another shot but the condescending tone, over talking and arguing during my conversation with Matthew will send me elsewhere. Beware of the terrible customer service at this location.

We purchased a f150 xlt on June 13 2019 with provisions the dealership would spray in bed liner and insta matching color tonneau cover. Salesman Kyron stated all wound be done by close business Friday June 14 2019. Mr Robert Knarr, his manager was more pessimistic and explained probably by Monday or Tuesday following week. I called mr Kyron Sessions late Friday evening. He responded that he had been too ?busy ? to call us. He would check on status. He never returned our calls. On Monday June 17th I spoke with Mr Knarr who stated he would take responsibility for mid communication and follow up and call me back, which he never did. The next day reached Mr Knarr and explained he had been too busy to check up. When we did not receive any further calls I left a voicemail for the dealership GM He did not return my call but Mr Knarr did call shortly there after to say they have been unable to find or purchase a tonneau cover. I asked that I be kept updated. On Wednesday June 19th am Mr Knarr did leave me message Andy I called back. He told me that he would call back this afternoon as had nothing new to add. When we did not hear from Mr Knarr I called about 730p Wednesday evening and was told that it would be another week!!! I told Mr Knarr that this is unacceptable after putting a down payment of over 25k we should not receive such service. We thought we had done our ?homework ? on this dealership. How wrong!!!

INEXCUSABLY TERRIBLE experience at this location from start to finish. Bought a certified pre owned King Ranch F150 with the platinum level warranty THROUGH AUTONATION. I was lied to about the financing details at the point of sale. Particularly my interest rate. I later found out that the truck was sold to me with faulty tail lights, even though I paid for the additional inspection as a certified pre owned vehicle. Water was able to enter those faulty tail lights and the electrical system on the truck was ruined. I brought the truck in to autonation's service department where they told me my AUTONATION BRAND warranty was voided and I would be required to pay $5600 to get it fixed. I could tell that I was being scammed and I didn't succumb to the overwhelming pressure put on me by upper level autonation management (Director of Service and General Manager) to pay the repair costs. It turns out that they never even attempted to get my truck fixed under warranty. After several days horrific lies and mistreatment, autonation ACTUALLY submitted my truck to warranty for the first time, it was covered and fixed immediately. This proved to me that Autonation management attempted to SCAM me out of $5600, then submit my truck to the warranty department, so that they would get paid twice to fix it. I was lied to at the point of sale, sold a faulty vehicle which was certified by autonation, and then attempted to be scammed out of $5600 by the service department. I would strongly advise you not to do business with these people. I have never had such a terrible buyer experience in my life.

The credibility of this establishment has been permanently tarnished for me. I have watched the shady tactics used by multiple people in this company to try to con a good friend of mine out of a big some of money. Buyer beware: Do not buy the warranty that they offer you on your vehicle. My friend purchased the best warranty they offered on a vehicle. There were issues that needed to be corrected and they told him the warranty department wouldn't cover it. They were going to charge him almost $6000 dollars to replace taillights. As it turns out, after my friend spoke to the warranty department he found that a claim had never been submitted. Eventually AutoNation agreed to "pull some favors" with the warranty department and get the work paid for. It only took a short phone call back to the warranty department to find that only then had they submitted the claim and it would have never been rejected to begin with. I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere.

I must say that the experience we had was indeed the worst car shopping experience. We purchased our Escape through your dealership and our Mustang at AutoNation Ford South FW. When my husband called me on Thursday (2/14) to tell me about a call he received from regarding trading our car, our first thought was the negative equity we currently have on the vehicle. However after reviewing the inventory online we found the below vehicle with a perfect incentive package and a beautiful, classy interior design that we both liked. Immediately, we thought back to the wonderful experiences with both dealerships (noted above) and decided we would pursue. With that said, we totally understand that it all comes down to numbers, so my husband filled out the application online. Further, advised that we did not want to rush over to the dealership until (finance) certain we could make a deal. Again, we are aware of needing the numbers on our side, which includes a good appraisal. I work not even 2 miles from the dealership and would have brought the car over for an appraisal, which was appraised at $5300. Salesman advised my husband to come to the dealership, which he did and we stayed for 3 hours (until close). As salesman and I sat outside to discuss my desires I showed her the website with the incentive package and advised that this is the car I’m wanting. Jerry asked that we test drive a similar vehicle before he starts working on securing financing, so we did as asked. Upon arriving back we confirmed with Jerry that we want to continue with the process of buying the car below. A little over 30 minutes passed and we received word that they are still working the deal but felt "over 50/50" chance of securing our financing. It started to get late and was approached again by Jerry and salesman saying that the loan needs “massaging”. Adding that the finance director wasn’t in on that Thursday and would be back the following day. Jerry suggested that we take the test driven car home with us so that outside dealers could come view our Escape and possibly get a better offer than the appraised, so we agreed to the offer. Saleman and I drove the tester over to the gas pump on your lot. Salesman told me she heard them talking to the bank and that we have been approved but Jerry is wanting the finance director to use his influence for a better deal. At this point my husband and I haven’t been given any details of the current offer made by a lender. The following day 12pm passes, so my husband started to inquire since it wasn’t making much sense to us that we already had financing and it was a matter of “massaging”. At approximately 12:15p my husband reaches out to Jerry and was advised that the incentives were not correct by a couple of thousand and that they would get an answer within the hour. My husband sent the photo below to him (12:45pm) outlining the incentive (Ford Customer Cash -$5000 and AutoNation Savings $4,427; with available saving car totaled $22523.00). Again, my husband reached back out at 1:30p and got Jerry’s voicemail. At which the same time my husband sent a text to salesman and within minutes she replies that we need 4K-5K down with NO EXPLANATION….totally different than what we were hearing the night before. It did not make any sense to us whatsoever. So my husband confirmed if our Escape was available for me to pick up, as well as return the loaner Taurus I drove home the night before. Once arriving back to the lot Jerry was trying to locate my key, which he did and walked me to where my car was located. At that time I told Jerry that I was confused and was advised that the incentive package changed overnight and now it’s Truck month and the offer is no longer available, however he can get me in a truck if I was interested. Jerry also explained that the internet is a hindrance. I’m assuming customer shopping and/or investigating incentive package that fit the customer’s needs is frowned upon.

WAY better service than McDavid hands down! Will never go there again. Autonation not only fixed my rear seat issue, they did a multi point check and told me everything was good. The check was not requested, but I was grateful they did it. The last time I went to McDavid (recently) they told me 3 things that I needed to have done that were kind of pricey. Plus they didn’t fix my original issue. The guy at Autonation reassured me that I didn’t need those things yet. So I no longer trust McDavid. Plus Autonation washed my car. Something McDavid never does.

What are the odds? Being Ford people, we always take our vehicles to the AutoNation Ford on Bryant Irvin Rd. I've been there twice with supposedly nails in my tires and the tires could not be fixed.... Friend of mine also had a nail in his tire and it couldn't be fixed... Now my daughter took her Mustang there with a nail in the tire and it couldn't be fixed..... Anyone see a pattern here?? Not like either of us lives in or near a construction zone.. My daughter's Mustang GT is a 2017 with 13000 miles on the tires. She was told she has to replace both rear tires, because her car barely passed inspection because of her tires. This vehicle wasn't driven for several months due to winter conditions in Ohio. My daughter is 35 and a mother of 3. Not like she hot rods it. She was told these performance tires just don't last that long.... If Ford uses tires on their vehicles that last less than 15000 miles, Ford has a BIG problem!

Although most of the transactions were done over the phone. When we arrived to pick up the car, it was ready to go. We sat down for about 15 minutes worth of signatures and was done. No high pressure of any kind to add on extended to coverage or extra care contracts. We were in and out in 30 minutes. Randy Weldon was very nice and pleasant to deal with. Would recommend AutoNation to anyone. I will definitely look them up first on my next purchase.

Would not recommend this service department. Brought truck in for reproducible loud noise under truck that was verified and heard by service department member while truck was under warranty and had recently developed. Was told that all Ford trucks do that so you just have to deal with it. Attempted to charge me for "looking" at it while under warranty.

The service department is terrible. My truck was taken in and the problem was explained to the service writer. A test drive was declined. They ran a diagnostic and thought they fixed the problem which they did not. A test drive was granted after demanding one with the manager and the problem was still there and now another problem was noticed. Very unprofessional, not courteous, over priced, and definitely not educated on how to repair a ford expedition! Crooks!

Was very happy with my experience. AutoNation looked for and found the vehicle I was looking for, price was just under that shown on the Kelly Blue Book site, and much less than most other vehicles on the market that were similar. They took the time to make sure the truck was in complete working order which included fixing a relay before allowing me to sign the contract to purchase. Very happy with the whole experience. The Protection Plan I believe is better than an extended warranty.

We found a Black 2015 used Lexus ES 350, just what we were looking for, at Auto Nation Ft.Worth on their website. It had great mileage and was in good condition. As far as I know, the repairs were done right but I am not a mechanic and have always trusted Bankston/AutoNation with my service. Southwest Ford did not stand behind their repeated dismissal of noises I was reporting on my Mustang convertible which left the steering column collapsed in my lap as I was just driving straight down the road at 55 mph. So, I went to Ford and THEY bought my 3 year old Limited Addition Mustang convertible back for $28,000 when Charlie Gilchrist was only willing to pay me $15,000 for a trade-in. That is why I come to Bankston/Autonation. Treat me right and I will be yours forever. Treat me wrong and the world will know about it! I guarantee you that! Pacer is THE BEST and I would not want another Customer Service Rep to deal with me! Treat him right and don't let him go! We have a good line of understanding and communication going!

On multiple occasions after having the vehicle in for oil change service and multiple point inspection the service department failed to top off fluids. On one recent oil change service the the service tech failed to put the oil filler cap back on engine. Recommend you look else where for quality vehicle service.

Walked in looking for one truck and left with another. Their prices were lower than other dealers we looked at. Our salesman Chris Purtell was nice and not pushy. Went in pre-approved. They offered lower interest with Ford financing so we switched. Only thing I didn’t like was the way their financing guy didn’t explain that everything was additional cost instead of the impression that it’s all added up to one price the way it looks at the top. (I did a rough calculation and the numbers below seemed to add up to the amount listed at the top). Nope they’re all individual additional costs for the coatings and “wrap”.

***Beware*** AutoNation Ford Fort Worth, Just wanted to take a moment and “thank” AutoNation for messing up my collisions repair not once, twice, but 4 times. After which I finally got to talk to the GM Kelly Farley and tried to make a deal with him to trade the Mazda instead of sending it back. He promised he would do everything he could to make it right. I found a truck at AutoNation CJD NRH, looked at it, told them I wanted it. I was told it has some recalls that needed fixed and that they would contact me when it was ready. After that day, They didn’t respond to my calls or texts, and after repeated called they would just tell me it wasn’t ready. I ended up buying a truck somewhere else having to eat an additional $1500 loss in trade value because of the horrible repair job. Buyer beware they don’t do what they say and will not fix anything to make it right. I still haven’t even signed off on the repair work. That’s my rant and PSA..... just think twice before buying from them and don’t even think about using the repair shop!!

Vehicle was good n the Target price which I was looking for. I traveled all the way from Houston to FortWorth for this specific truck. I tried to get maximum information of the truck over email & discussion with the appointed Sales Agent, but seemed lot of things were missing in the information. Once I reached there , lot of things started against me. First was the missing Running Boards in a Model like Lariat. Misinformation that it had Navigation system and the SD card would be provided just before I leave the dealership once I finish purchasing. Then things were getting in line. Once I reached the Finance , things were turning extremely bad. Initially I had provided all my FIN details for the Dealership to offer me an APR , which they did and was close to 4.6%. I was sure that was very high and I took an Approval from Bank of America at 3.49%. Once I reached there the FIN told me why I am not going with their FIN where they are offering 3.39% , I said I dont want to go ahead as I have a Business Relation and also its just 0.10%. Then the person brought a paper for me to Sign that why I am not taking a Loan from them and in that paper the APR mentioned was 3.16%. I immediately asked whats the monthly payments and he does not have any answer. Immediate reaction Misinformation & I felt like someone is trying to save himself and trying to take a sign on false information. First escalation to General Manger Mr.Kevin. Who immediately intervened and got the right info and informed me that the FIN person called the Financial Institute to check if they can offer a better rate and thats how it was 3.16%. I was surprised though but then finally went ahead with 3.16% APR. Then came the Push to sale Additional Warranty and Stuff. There also what they showed initially a list of things were changed to a small list of offerings when I negotiated the Price. Not good nor right approach. Once you finalize the price then your offerings are reduced , I felt like cheated. After all documentation done , I went to final drive out the truck. Then came the surprises. The Sales person told that there is no Navigation. I said thats not right. I immediately went to the Sales Manager Dan. He very rudely said he cannot do anything "it is what it is" and he cannot say anything as he just came to know about this sale. Second Escalation to General Manager and then he said he will speak and asked me to wait. He went and came with 2 options , Option 1 I take truck as is and Option 2 Cancel the sale. I was surprised with his words and his attitude. A real third Grade Sales Person. To quote him "For this sale this is what it is and we cannot do anything". I did not trust this person at all because I cannot beleive such a Raw Customer Service from one of the US Largest Dealer. I went to meet the General Manager Kevin. There I met General Sales Manager Brett Tucker , a polished , understanding person. It seems the Manager Dam never spoke with Brett nor Kevin. Then Brett and Kevin personally tried to check what can be done with the truck and they confirmed it seemed the Navigation is missing and seemed to be wrong information. Then Brett requested to understand what are my open things. I told there is missing Runner Board as I was not able to see and thought it would be auto running board. Then he offered that he can put a Fixed running Board atleast . As I was extremely frustrated with the "Cancel Order option" from the Manager , I was unable to think. I was accompanied with my wife all the way from Houston to Fort Worth and we are almost in a situation where someone is saying take this or leave it with no problem of ours. Then I did not have much option as I was not able to think much with a request if the Board can be fixed in Autonation Katy store. Brett immediately said that can very well be done. Then with all this the whole fun and enthusiasm of the new Truck went for a toss and then we left for our ride back to Houston with grumps and sadness. I will surely be putting my experience with Ford . I like this truck a very good product but the Dealership and Customer Service is Extremely Poor compared to the Excellent Customer Services offered at Honda dealers. Some of my friends has suggested to go ahead with Toyota truck but I personally wanted Ford , as they are really superb and now I know the reason why Toyotas and Hondas are Ruling here because of there Excellent Customer Service Pre and Post Sales. I hope my opinion would be proved wrong and I would love my opinion to be proved wrong as the Ford Truck is excellent.

The new car buying process was pretty seamless for us. The manager was very straightforward about pricing and helping us meet our budget price. The experience changed when I had to interact with the service department. They told me that the car had come from another dealership, and that dealership had lost the extra key. I was told to just come in another day, and they would re-program a key for me in 20-30 minutes. I went back and they were very busy. They wanted me to leave my car for a few hours when I was not prepared to do so. I was told to come back another day. Upon getting home from that visit, which is about 25 miles from my house, I noticed a huge chip out of the paint of my car that was not there prior to my visit. It was one that was not done by a rock/the road. Clearly something had scraped it. When I went back to do the re-keying, I mentioned the scrape, and they offered to fix it, since my car was less than a week old. However, I would have to come back another day. I sat waiting for my car for 30-40 minutes before the manager came out and said that they actually didn't have the right key to do the job. They would need to order the car and come in another day. I went back in for the paint chip the next day, and I was told that the paint chip couldn't be fixed with just repainting. It would have to stay overnight! I decided then that I wouldn't go back to do the overnight until the key came in, so I only had to make one more trip. That was over a week ago. Still no key. I was happy that my experience with the sales department had been so great, but the service department has really clouded that good experience with multiple negative ones. I know the store needs help, but it's really the service department that needs the help.

I had a horrible experience when purchasing a used vehicle at this dealership. They knew we were coming to look at the Ford Edge and didn't even have it detailed. Upon test driving it the drivers side back door wouldn't open. They said they would fix it but were not able to do so that day. They told us they would have the parts 1st thing the next morning and get it fixed. We were told at noon that they would be finished in 2 hours so we headed that way as we had a 2 hour drive to get there. When we arrived the car was not ready and we were told it would be ready in 45 minutes but it wasn't. When they finally brought it around the drivers side air wouldn't blow cold. That ended up being a software update that was not done on the vehicle. If they had detailed the vehicle they may have found these problems and saved us an extra trip to Ft. Worth. I was promised some all weather floor mats to make-up for the trouble by Ben, the new car sales manager. Ive yet to see those floor mats. We spent 7 hours the first day on the road and at the dealership and 7 hours the 2nd day as well.

The sales group needs more training on customer awareness. I walk into the main show floor to check out a RS and nobody check to see if I needed any assistance. I went to two other dealerships (VW and Subaru) to look at a Golf R and Wrx Sti, similar price ranges and they were very professional. The person at the front was also unhelpful. His response was, I am not a sales person and I don't know anything about the cars. This is the same dealership I take my Mazda for service. The service department cares more.

3 hours for a tire patch smfh I only come to this place because I bought the maintenance package when I bought my truck. MY REGRET. There is not one time that I spent less than 2 hours here and just for an oil change. Oil change and wash (no vacuum or anything else just basic wash outside) would be a 3 hr or more wait. They do things you tell them NOT to do and don't do things you request them to do. I had to school the manager on customer service and tires (I'm a former service manager, may not know everything but I do know some things). I had to bring my vehicle back on more than one occasion so they can fix a mistake they did. I was just here yesterday and my truck sat for 45 minutes without being touched AFTER my tire was patched and didn't even get washed like I requested. I can't wait until my last oil change with them. I'm sure I myself can get it done in less time than this place. The shop I managed did it in 30 minutes, that's with telling customer there's a few cars ahead of you. 3 hrs is ridiculous even for a dealership.

I was able to get a trade-in for basically a new truck with a very low mileage. The gentleman that worked out a deal for me, Mr. Donovan Larente, was very professional and knowledgable about finding the right vehicle for me. I had the smoothest experience trading in my older vehicle for a pre-owned one. The process took about 3 hrs total and they were very professional with negotiation of my trade value as well as getting me the best loan possible for my new vehicle purchase. Anthony was the nicest salesman I've ever worked with. He had no secretive behavior and was extremely patient with my children at the dealership. The finance department was very diligent with my time and everything was out in the open. No shady behavior. I will definitely be returning in the future. Great management, great inventory, and very fast! I recommend this place to anyone!

Great experience, had a recall notice on my Mazda 3. They took care of the safety recall in short order, and gave me a ride home and picked me up to return to the dealership when done. Had my F250 serviced at the SW Dealership and got a loaner thinking it would be there for a couple of days. I got it back in less than 4 hours. They took it and jumped right on the maintenance and warranty problem I had. I was surprised at the excellent service I got and recommend them for any Ford service you need.

When I first moved to Fort Worth TX, I purchased my vehicle there. It was great then! I went yesterday with my daughter looking for something for her. We explained what we were looking for and he told us about 2 vehicles but we never saw them! He showed her another vehicle instead in which her payments would have been $500. And she would have needed a larger deposit than what she had! He never told us his name or gave us a business card! Needless to say, I will never go back there for another vehicle! He was sure to get her phone number so he could set up another appointment for Friday!

We have purchased 3 vehicles (and the PREMIUM service plan) from this dealership and had EVERY service done at the dealership. With my current Explorer I have had numerous issues with the vehicle and now the service department. My vehicle was in months ago for a shredded belt- they fixed it but apparently the tech forgot to hook up a hose. The few times I brought it in complaining that something wasn't right, they could get it to pull an error code but couldn't fix it because they couldn't get the lag that I was explaining... lucky #3 they found out they forgot to hook up the turbo hose. Now my car is making a popping noise from the front right (intermittently)- it's been looked at 4 times now. The noise has been duplicated by myself, my husband, our service advisor, the tech and service manager (johnny). Johnny also told us that if we could get the noise to duplicate they would be able to fix it... let me give you 1 guess--- it's not fixed! The manager claims they fixed it, yet 4 of us have been able to make it pop since. My confidence level in this shop is absolutely in the dirt. The ONLY reason we have continued to take our vehicles to this shop is because of the loyalty of our service advisor- who was also our salesperson on my vehicle. We drive 30 min to get there for terrible service once my vehicle leaves the service drive. Today the dealership lost my family's service patronage and any future sales we might have pursued with them. Extremely unhappy and disappointed and this will not be the last that Ford or Autonation has heard from my family.

Expect everything done here to take way longer than it should. Buying the car- got there at 9am, didn't leave with the car until after 6pm (they 'couldn't find the car', because they had loaned it out to someone, got the runaround all day long). Oil change/tire rotation- 2 hours WITH an appointment, I would go somewhere else, but purchased the maintenance plan when I purchased the car.

My hubby went in and picked out a 2016 CX 5, and agreed on a price with the new car manager on Thursday. I came in with him on Friday, drove it around the block (they had it cleaned and pulled up for us to drive when we arrived), and signed the paperwork. Doesn't get much easier than that! All the sales people I had contact with were excessively friendly and helpful. I did not feel hounded or pressured but they were all available to help me. Even after I completed the buying process they bent over backwards to make up for a misunderstanding in the service department. Other dealerships basically threw me to the wolves as soon as the papers were signed, but AutoNation didn't and I sincerely appreciate that. Also, I really love my new car!

When I went over to AutoNation, I was a little taken aback that no one jumped up to approach me and I didn't know how to take that at first. I came to quickly realize that they do not pounce on people as they walk in the door. I was able to tell Arlene what it was that I was looking for AND she was a great listener. She also asked questions to get a better feel for what we were looking for. She was well informed and had us just sit in several of the cars that all looked similar but were different brands. We were able to eliminate several vehicles that we knew would not fit our needs and we only needed to test drive one before making our decision. My vehicle needed a software update and Arlene made sure that I knew how to use everything before I rolled back off the lot. She spent quality time with me and really knew all the ins and outs of the vehicle and its features. We will definitely return for future purchases! Thanks, Arlene!!

Very disappointed in this dealership. This is the 2nd time in a row that I have gone to you to get my oil changed and had requested a car wash and did not get it. Ridiculous. Also, my new SUV didn't alert me like it usually does that its almost time for an oil change. Was told that the manager checked the system to see if anything was wrong and was told nothing was wrong with it. Nobody showed me how to check my oil percentage. Only had it written on the evaluation paper given after service. So yet, here I am.......still not knowing. Also, your waiting area is so outdated and old. Not to mention the fact that you guys don't even offer water to your customers. I would not recommend this dealership whatsoever.

I was super impressed on how patient Chris Shields was with me as I was making my decision on purchasing a vehicle. He was not pushy, nor did he try to get me over my budget. He was very respectful and helped me to get a 2016 with the payments less than I was paying on my 2012! He also explained how beneficial it was to put money down up front, yet I did not have any money to put down. He put things into perspective for me and walked me through each step from beginning to end. I will definitely be suggesting Mr. Shields to my friends and family for their next purchase to guarantee a hassle free buying experience. Even if your credit is sub-par like mine, you have nothing to lose by checking in with Mr. Shields to see if he can get you into a better vehicle. When my old car reached 120,000 miles, I knew it was inevitable that mechanical failures/ tune ups/ and all that jazz were in the near future. Instead of spending more money on my old car, I was able to trade it in for a 2016 with better payments!

Excellent customer service here at AutoNation Ford Fort Worth. My experience started with an online inquiry. I got a response from salesman Mr. Guy O. He wasn't pushy or overbearing and his tone was just right. And overall pleasant experience to deal with Guy. It was towards the end of the day when I started my inquiry but he assured me that I would be taken care of after I explained to him my situation financially and with regards to my trade-in. Early the next afternoon I get a phone call saying that I got approved and that I could come in for a test drive. I love the car a 2016 Ford Fusion. When I went to the back to the finance managers office I was been presented with a way better deal then I was first quoted. Wow!!! I have been referring my coworkers and neighbors to Mr Guy O. at AutoNation Ford Fort Worth!! After driving the car for over a week I'm very impressed with the acceleration for a 4 cylinder engine. Great gas milage. Sometimes I drive it just to drive it and with my second refueling the DTE went up from 416 miles to empty to 499 (something never achieved in my Jeep Patriot) The ride and handling is very quiet and responsive. Ford Sync is awesome!! On an incline from a complete stop the car doesn't roll back before you can hit the gas. I'll be on a road trip in a few weeks so we'll see how it goes on a long distance trip. Most definitely be using the cruise control because this car rides so well it's very easy to speed and not know it.

After purchasing a new Mazda 6 last year in 2015, we decided to double the pleasure with a new 2016 version of the same Mazda 6. My wife and I bought the exact color, touring trim level, and six speed manual package to match. The car was located 34 miles from our home and had hail damage. We knew this was the only Mazda 6 with-in a 200 mile radius that interested us, so we pursued it. Our son performs PDR dent repair, and will fix the damage. The salesperson at Auto Nation in Ft. Worth was easy to work with to achieve a fair purchase price. We were able to complete the deal, paperwork, and drive away that same day.

I purchased a Focus from them this past week. It was the most painless experience i have ever had! DeVonte took care of me and made sure I was okay with the process the entire time. I NEVER felt like I was overwhelmed with the information that was being given to me. Now granted the process did take some time, but let's be honest, financing a car takes time. Thinking anything else is ludicrous in this day and age. I was comfortable and taken care of the entire time. When it came time to sign the paperwork with the Finance manager Cole, i was nervous. Cole made sure that I understood everything I was reading and was extremely polite! I was given a fair deal for my situation and I walked away feeling better than I have in a while. The Dealership having trees and green grass on the lot was the most surprising things. Its far too often that you get these MASSIVE concrete lots that drain you of any sense of comfort. Following this sense of discomfort is a lack of personability. Well I am happy to say that, at this dealership, that sense is void. Everybody welcomes you and makes you feel like a person, not like the next paycheck. The most important thing though is this. Not ONCE did they push me into getting a car nor did they tack on any additional charges that I am seeing from others. And to be honest, if you read the paperwork during the finance signing, you can clearly see what is being "tacked on" to your finance charges. Ask questions. These guys have no problem answering them. Honestly I've always been a Ford guy. Haven't ever owned a newer model Ford, but damn am I glad that I do now. Ford has so many creature comforts in their vehicles! And man are the seats comfortable. I actually ENJOY the long drives now. Traffic? Pfft. No big deal when you are in these seats. I have already driven in this car and I feel no fatigue that you get from long drives. Now once again, as with buying a car goes, take your time. Make sure you are getting the car you want. Don't be seeking free cars or stupidly low interest rates(If your credit isn't that great). If you follow these guidelines, the experience can be extremely pleasant! I, for sure, will buy my next car from them!

Took my 2010 Ford Fusion to Autonation on Oakmont to fix a recall problem. Jose was very professional & the repairs were completed more quickly than I expected. The cashier was also very helpful in suggesting how the Financial Department might help with my expiring extended warranty. All around good experience.

I went in to AutoNation Mazda with the exact car I wanted in mind. I was greeted immediately by Samuel D. who was polite, courteous and informative. He took the time to ask questions that would help him understand my needs and what I needed. He understood that the safety of my children was Priority #1 and never forgot. I had a small issue with one of the managers being arrogant and rude but it was quickly apologized for and rectified, which i truly appreciated! Samuel made sure that everything in the process went smoothly. David in the finance dept (even though I didn't finance at all) was quick and efficient with that paperwork and very gracious. My experience was FANTASTIC working with Samuel and David too! I would highly recommend Samuel and AutoNation Mazda to everyone I know that is looking for a new vehicle. Recently I visited this dealership with a very limited budget and small time frame to work with. I had done research and had the truck picked out that i wanted. We had the pleasure of working with Donovan who treated us with the utmost respect and worked very quickly. He also got us a great deal on my truck. He worked really hard to make sure we were in a price range we could afford. The customer service this dealership displays is outstanding! They offered to take my rent car back and fill it up for me so i would not have to deal with the hassle. Also their financing department is also spectacular. Unfortunately I've had bad experience with dealerships before. They were either pushy or plain rude. This dealership, however, was completely the opposite. Our salesman Ben was very helpful, patient, and polite. Also, they were ready to negotiate and offered me a better deal than anyone else did. I ended up buying my new Mazda 6 that day. The next day I came over to have window tint installed. Instead of making me wait, they gave me a car to drive around while they were working on my Mazda. Great place, great customer service!

The finance guy Gary told both my dad & I, if we wished to purchase GAP insurance I could do so within 30 days, if USAA did not carry Gap, considering it was 7pm we chose to see if USAA still carried it, they don't. I called back and spoke with Gary, he stated he never said that, I guess he thinks my dad & I are deaf. He was in a big hurry to sell me $3400 of add on's which I did purchase. Now I have to cancel them all in order to buy Gap from a 3rd party. This is my 3rd and last Ford purchase ever in my life, if I could turn the car back in I would. I'm 22 buying a 34000 car and they wont sell me 10.00 a month worth of GAP insurance. I plan to buy a lot of cars in my life, NO One in my family will ever buy another Ford, given the deception we encountered. If anyone ask about my buying experience with Auto Nation it would be a minus 5 star rating...............

We looked at multiple dealers and vehicles, and a local Nissan dealership had the deal we had chosen...with a Mazda 2 at AutoNation Fort Worth being a close second. Our AutoNation salesman, Stefano - helpful from the start but not overbearing at all - called and made us a great offer that allowed us to get a better-equipped car for a price we could handle. The entire experience was relaxed, unrushed and enjoyable, with Stefano clearly wanting our business and willing to work with us to make it happen to our satisfaction. Very happy with the new Mazda 2 and with AutoNation.

Over the years I have bought many vehicles and this is the second one I have bought from Gil. He is the easiest and best salesperson I have ever worked with while trying to purchase a car. He listened to what I wanted, found the vehicle at a competitors lot, brought it here and worked me the deal I asked for. I have never found a "car salesman" that actually treated me with the level of honesty & respect as I found at AutoNation Ford Fort Worth. As a woman I've had the "run around" salesmen. Nothing could have been further from that when I met Chris S. He sold me a beautiful car, took the time and effort to make sure that all my questions were answered as well as going out of his way to speed the financing portion so that I didn't have to spend any more time than absolutely necessary at the dealership. Two days after I drove off the lot he reached out to me to see if there was anything else he could do or questions he could answer. Chris S is the reason I'd recommend this dealership to anyone.

Attention Ladies! Here is some information for you. Being a female myself, I know how hard it is to get a car sales person to take you seriously. Let me tell you about my little excursion into the adventure land of buying a new vehicle. I had an eleven year old ¾ ton Dodge pickup that needed to be replaced. My husband and I went to AutoNation Ford in Arlington to see a previously owned King Ranch Pick Up they had advertised on the internet. When we got there, the truck was sold. Since there was nothing comparable on the used lot, we moved next door to the new lot. We were passed on to another sales person. This sales person only talked to my husband, even though he made it very clear the truck would be mine. We test drove an XLT diesel. When we asked questions about the vehicle the sales person did not know the answers. Another sales person had to be found to answer the questions. There were some things I liked about the truck and some things I didnt. When I asked if I could see all the classes of ¾ ton pickups to compare, I was told no. Basically this sales person had decided that they knew what I wanted and they werent going to confuse the issue by listening to me. At that point, we left the dealership with our old truck and the decision to not purchase another. This potential sale was lost due to the sales persons inability to recognize that a woman can and does own a ¾ ton pickup and knows what she wants in a truck. (Bad Sales Person!) Someone needs to join the 21st century and realize we do live in Texas which is horse country. Come on guys, even Chevy is now catering to the female market with their trucks! After much research, we headed over to Auto Nation Ford in Fort Worth to see yet another King Ranch Pick up that they had in stock. Upon arriving, we were greeted by Tony. He was a friendly, helpful sales person and promptly went and got the truck we came to see. After looking at it, and taking it for a test drive, we decided it was exactly what we were looking for and asked to see others. Tony immediately complied and took us to the lot where they kept the ¾ ton pickups. At this point, we lost Tony, he was called off to do something else. He was replaced with Arlene. She got the keys and let us drive several of the trucks. While we were driving, she talked to us and got an idea of what I was looking for in a truck. I wanted a work truck to haul horses, hay, feed and dogs. I did not want a pretty boy truck with all the whistles and bells. Arlene showed me several XLTs and pointed out we could change anything on them we wanted to customize it to what I needed. When I told her I wanted one to haul the dogs in the cab and the feed and the horses in the back, she showed me an XL. It was awesome. It had a mat instead of carpet and vinyl seats. It was the perfect work truck. She even went and pulled one out of make ready for me to drive to see if it was what I really wanted. Once it was decided I wanted the XL, Arlene started a search and found me one three hours away. This particular truck had the clearance lights, nice wheels, tow mirrors and camping package that I needed. The real kicker was that it was a dark metallic gray, my favorite color. Arlene and her son drove up to pick up the truck for me on her day off. They met us at Cracker Barrel on the way back at 1030 pm just so we could see it. It was perfect. We went in the next day and completed the deal. We added a gooseneck hitch and a ranch hand front grill to be installed as soon as the parts come in. Arlene has promised us a loaner truck for the days it is in the shop. This has been a really great experience with Arlene. Mr. C. arranged for the security installation the next day. This dealership is all about service and listening to the customer. We are so happy with our new truck. He is exactly what I needed. We call him the beast because that is what he is and serves our purposes well. This dealership, or Arlene did not try to oversell us into something we could not use or would not be happy with at a later date. They are definitely into listening and working to make the customer happy. I will recommend this dealership and especially Arlene to anyone I know looking for a new vehicle.

Carolyn P. was very helpful in getting me into the right car. I had narrowed the list down to four manufacturers and I drove about six different vehicles at AutoNation before finally making my decision. I was really happy with my decision to purchase a 2013 Ford Escape SEL.

Carolyn is not the normal car salesperson - and that is a good thing! She was knowledgeable, friendly, not pushy. In other words, she let the car/SUV sell itself and that is exactly what the CX-9 accomplished. Very happy with the dealership and the Mazda product.

I went in with the a specific car on my mind. The car was already purchased , but the next day get a call the car back on the market. Jaziel and Tony are the best but the whole time there making sure your comfortable. It's a very nice setting , quick , and easy buying experience.

I came to test drive the Mazda Speed3. Before I came in I was given a great price quote from Autonation Mazda because I had visited the Edmunds.com website and gotten the True Maket Value. I test drove it and fell in love. There was no pressure from Tony, our salesman, to buy and that made a difference to me. We came back the next day to buy the car and got a great interest rate through the dealer. I had already gotten a great rate through my bank but they topped it. Awesome! I drove off in my new car with all the new gadgets and realized I had bought the perfect car for me after test driving several cars. Three days later, the dealership calls and says I might be in the wrong vehicle. What???? I go to the dealership and they thought I had bought the car without the tech package which is a $2000 difference. I admitted the quote was very low but thought they wanted to get their stock out to make room for more. I looked at the other car and couldn't come to love it because it was minus all the gadgets I had come to love. They admitted it was their mistake and offered the tech package to me for $1500. The sales manager Larry was very honest and didn't try to take me. The end result is that I got the car I wanted for a VERY good price and am happy, overall, with the experience. The personnel is very friendly and helpful. Come into the dealership knowing what you want and definitely get the True Market Value from Edmunds.com and they will give you a great price quote because they know you've done your homework.

I recently purchased a new Mazda CX-5 from the dealership, and had a fantastic experience. I worked with two of their sales team members (Carolyn and Kyle), and both were very professional and of great help in getting me the car I wanted. I cannot speak highly enough of the individuals in finance (Jerry and Ken) I worked with. They were able to get me a great rate, and helped me stay within my monthly budget. Their recommendations were highly appreciated. Overall, I would highly recommend purchasing from this Autonation.

We just bought a Mazda CX-5 from AutoNation Fort Worth. Tony was a great Car Dealer, he gave us the best deal, with no pressure and he was very helpful and kind. We are very happy with our purchase, it was exactly what we were looking for.

I just bought a new car and the only reason I chose to buy at AutoNation, was because of Tonya J. Her professionalism and knowledge was very much appreciated. I never felt pressured and my experience exceeded all my expectations! I haven't bought a car in almost 9 years and she and Bobby M were very helpful and professional. Everyone from the General Manager, Robert, to David C in Finance were very customer service oriented and enabled my to get the car of my dreams!! Thank you everyone at AutoNation!!

took about three weeks to buy because of my schedule and vacation. when I arrived at the dealership,was greeted cordially,but not jumped on. Salesperson arrived at agreed time(I was early) did test drive, had old car appraised, went with numbers that were comfortable,went to finance office, signed papers,took delivery and was out of there in three hours flat. have spent all day at some dealers and did not buy. Salesperson was Tanya Johnson and she worked with me for the whole deal, both on the internet and the actual sale. I will defininetly recommend this dealer and sales staff to my friends and family

Learned of Bankston Ford from Edmonds.com. Although i requested info via the internet, i ended up finding a few candidate vehicles at their website and visited the dealership in person. Dealt with Randy Weldon. First impression of Bankston was good because we were not attacked by the usual vulture like salesmen laying in wait by the entry doors. Randy is a low pressure salesperson. Just the type of guy we wanted to deal with. I asked to see a vehicle that currently was at a different dealership. Randy offered to have it brought back for us to look at with no obligation. This was a bid deal to me because other dealerships actually wanted a sales commitment to move a vehicle, yet would not tell you where they were at so you could look at them. Our buying experience lasted a couple days due to my wife's and my schedules clashing. We both showed up at different times during the day. Randy was very patient and helpful. He never tried to push us into something we didnt want. Bankston was also more forthcoming with available discounts than any other dealership we visited. My wife and I actually ended up up-selling ourselves on a nicer vehicle because we were allowed privacy to look and talk by ourselves. After purchase (BTW, we ended up leaving the dealership at 10pm) Randy had the vehicle detailed and had an upgrade option installed the very next morning. Will definitely recommend Bankston and Randy, and will buy there again in the future
